i listened closely to the words coming from the speakers and engulfed myself in the guitars, bass line and the snare tapping lightly between beats 2 & 4...

for a minute i lost myself in you...

it was like i had been completely taken in

i briefly forgot about the rest of the world's existence

i could feel your arms around me and your thumb rubbing the top of my abs back and forth...

your breathing was synced with mine

as the guitar solo played your voice broke our silence and spoke the exact thought in my mind

"Could you imagine being in THAT moment? Right here? I think it would be amazing."

*sigh*

this connection between me you and music takes me places im not sure im ready to be

you alone can sometimes take me too far without even speaking.

you've seen elements of me i haven't seen in years.

i sometimes feel like you came into this already knowing who i was.
